It seems like only apps that are not installed on any other of my devices with that appleid that have GET next to them, I can't install. However, if there is an app that is on another device with the same apple id, like iheartradio is on my ipad, and i search for it on the iphone, it doesn't say GET, it has the cloud with the down arrow which will install on the iphone in question. After doing so, they go to the App Store and click on any NEW App > GET > Spins > goes back to GET. Now the user can go and enter their Apple ID. All VPP Device licensed apps will start to deploy. After enrollment, device moves to restriction profile, which for "office workers" is basically open except for a PIN requirement, block siri on lock screen, etc. (DEP Profile is set to locked enrollment, with Company Portal Authentication.) Company Portal automatically downloads and installs, user is forced to enroll. I click GET on a random app, it spins for like 1-2 seconds, then reverts back to GET.Įxample:DEP Device is taken out of the box and powered on, user goes through some basic first steps and does NOT ask for AppleID during these steps. So far only a few people reporting the issue. I then go back to the customise ribbon and the developer box is unticked again. I tick the box on the customise ribbon option and word looks like it is has added the tab (only by a kind of dull flash) but the tab is still not showing. Seems like only DEP phone/s are impacted. Ive tried to add the developer tab in word so that I can use it in a form but it won’t allow me. On a personal device (MDM device enrollment), I don't have issues downloading apps from the app store. (Also tested by removing myself from the feature policy, still and issue for me also). We have a device feature to use the web content feature, but that shouldn't impact this. The device restrictions are basically wide open except for PIN requirements. Having a weird issue where a user reported getting a new iPhone 11 (iOS 14.6)and Enrolled in Intune and is unable to download any app from the apple app store.
